Can you believe that Valentine’s day is this Friday? We started celebrating Valentine’s day last week, yeah I know what you might be thinking: wasn’t that too early!? Well, for us it was just away to celebrate our family! So far we have enjoyed: a special outing, special treats at home & to end our Valentine’s celebrations we did a Bee Mine Valentine Craft! We try to encourage the kids to be as creative as possible, as you will see from below each of the boys had their own unique way of doing their Bee Mine Valentine Craft. I gave each of my boys the following: a glue stick, child-safety scissors, a printable sheet with our Bee Mine Valentine craft. my instructions to them were none, I was hoping to encourage their creativity. As you can see from the image above, my seven year old decided to cut all the pieces & glue the pieces together onto another paper.
My nine-year old decided to cut out all the pieces & glue them together, you can see it on the image above. Both of them were very proud of their accomplishments! How do you encourage your kiddos to be more creative? Remember that you can print our Bee Mine Valentine Craft here
