Whether you are a casual moviegoer or a hardcore comic book fan, I am sure you have been anxiously waiting for Captain America: Civil War for May 6, 2016. Thankfully, the wait is over and Captain America: Civil War is in theaters everywhere! Finally, we can enjoy what I consider to be one of the best, if not the best, action packed superhero thriller movie of the entire Marvel’s Cinematic Universe to date. Captain America: Civil War is not only packed with well-known superheroes, such as Iron Man and Captain America himself. But this movie also surprises us with the most anticipated cameo of all time from Spider-Man (played by Tom Holland) and introduces us to a newcomer to the franchise. I am talking about T’Challa or the Black Panther, played by Chadwick Boseman. Before we continue, let’s explore a little more about the movie itself.

~About Captain America: Civil War~
Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.
~Captain America: Civil War – The review~
If you became an instant superhero movie fan with Marvel’s first Cinematic Universe movie, Iron Man back in 2008 and have been following the films since then or you are just a comic book fan wanting to see your favorite superheroes hit the big screen in an ensemble cast or in solo films, Captain America: Civil War has everything you will expect from both the Marvel’s Cinematic Universe and the comics themselves. The film as a whole gives us a more advanced look into the back storylines of the new and old Avengers characters, as well as, provides us with a new funnier than ever and more mature blockbuster gem. What I loved about Civil War is that it didn’t drag on with endless fighting scenes that diminished from the best fighting sequence I have seen in any of the of the Marvel’s Cinematic Universe movies thus far. I assure you, the movie will keep you on the edge of your seats the entire time and without spoiling the movie for you, I can safely say that the airport fighting sequence is one of those nail-biting scenes you won’t forget in a long time. Of course, I say that without taking from the rest of the film, which I can almost compare it to a rollercoaster ride you will not want to get off from. The film will sure satisfy your inner and outer superhero fan-self and will leave you wanting more. I saw the film with my family and I can safely say that this movie will be a hit with superhero fans of all ages. Going into the movie, I was #TeamIronMan and after seeing it, I am still #TeamIronMan, although I truly understand #TeamCap standpoint. So, go see the movie and come back and share with us your favorite sequences or scenes in the movie by dropping us a note in the comment section below.
