All you need is some rice, chicken, beans, tomatoes, avocados or any other favorite item you might have laying around from last night’s dinner. One last thing you need to make this quick meal a reality is Old El Paso Soft Tortilla Taco Boats. Chicken and Avocado Tropichop Taco Bowl
- 2 cups of cooked rice or yellow rice.
- 1 cup of cooked chicken breast diced.
