This past summer was one of my favorite summers in recent history, not because we got to spent a lot of time together, but because we got to make amazing memories with the kids. When I was young, one of my favorite parts about summers was enjoying a cold treat or two from the heladero or ice-cream man. Down here in Miami, the ice cream man not only sells ice creams in all colors, shapes, and sizes available on the planet, but they also carry some homemade frozen treats. So, to relieve some of my delicious summer childhood memories, the kids and I decided to make tons of frozen treats. We made ice cream pops, ice cream cola floats, Raspados, and our ultimate favorite frozen treat, this Easy and Delicious Milkshake recipe. Unfortunately, that was summer and now it is time to get back into the crazy school schedule or is it? 🙂
So, this past weekend while shopping for some needed groceries, I met a super cool mom. While we were talking and shopping, she happened to mention that her son is quite the picky eater. Of course, this immediately grabbed my attention because I happen to have one of those at home. Yes, it is true and since I haven’t been able to find a solution to our dilemma, I decided to ask her to share her solution with me. To my surprise, her solution is quite simple. She immediately introduced me to her picky-eater favorite product: PediaSure Sidekicks. Of course, I immediately had to put her solution and her son’s favorite product to the test, so I quickly headed down to the PediaSure section to find out more about this product. Let me share the knowledge with you… PediaSure Sidekicks are available in three kid–approved flavors, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Plus, each shake contains 7g protein, 3g fiber, and 25 essential vitamins and minerals, perfect for my growing child. Interesting, right?
