Imagine enjoying a big bowl of the creamiest most addictive ranch, chicken, and bacon dish in under 15 minutes. Yes, you read that correctly, this dish is indeed addictive! For me, the best part of this dish is that it can be prepared super fast using your pressure cooker! Say what?! Yeah, baby! My family and I are huge chicken, bacon and ranch fans, therefore, this Keto Crack Chicken recipe has been part of our weekly menu for a couple of years.
Delicious and Easy Pressure Cooker Keto Crack Chicken Recipe
What ingredients do you need to prepare this delicious pressure cooker keto crack chicken?
The ingredients to prepare this easy pressure cooker keto crack chicken recipe are pretty simple. All you need are 2 pounds of chicken breasts, one 8 oz. packet of cream cheese (cubed), 2 tablespoons of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker, 1/2 cup of water, and 8 slices of cooked bacon (chopped). Optional ingredient: garlic & onion powder for seasoning the chicken and chives for topping.
How do you prepare this pressure cooker keto crack chicken recipe?
To prepare this easy pressure cooker keto crack chicken recipe, you need to start by slicing the chicken breasts in halves. Now, transfer the chicken breasts to the pressure cooker inner line. Note: Before transferring the chicken to the pressure cooker inner liner, I usually sprinkle the chicken with a little bit of the pre-measured Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker, garlic and onion powder, however, this step is optional and it will not alter the recipe’s end results.
Next, continue by adding the pre-cubed cream cheese to the chicken breasts.
Now, add the pre-measured water to the inner liner.
Next, sprinkle the rest of the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning to your chicken breasts. Finally, seal your pressure cooker by placing the lid on and making sure the valve is set to sealing. Cook the chicken in “manual” setting for 10 minutes. Once the pressure cooker is done, let it “naturally release” for 2 to 5 minutes and then do a “quick release” by turning the Steam release to “venting” to release the rest of the steam.
Now, remove the chicken from the inner liner and shredded the chicken using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and sprinkle it with the cooked bacon. Stir to combine the chicken & bacon and serve. Note: This dish can be easily made in a slow cooker, all you have to do is place the chicken, cream cheese, Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, and the water in the slow cooker and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours. Once done, remove the chicken from pot and shred. Return chicken to the slow cooker and mix in the bacon and stir everything together to combine.
