Sam’s Clubs Free Health Screening Diabetes Awareness (Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 11AM to 3PM):
The screenings are valued at $250 and include tests for:
- A1C blood test
- Glucose
- Total Cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol)
- Risk Ratio (relationship between total cholesterol and HDL cholesterol)
