Summer is fully on in Florida still and that means finding fun family friendly activities to do with the little ones. If you are local to South Florida, you already know that Dolphin Mall is an entertainment and shopping center destination. A few weeks ago, my family and I spend a great day hanging around Dolphin Mall with a bunch of our online and offline friends. So, if you are heading down to my neck of the woods and are looking for Fun Family Friendly Activities at Dolphin Mall Miami, here are some of our favorite things to do there.
Fun Family Friendly Activities at Dolphin Mall Miami
First of all, Dolphin Mall is not only about shopping, so don’t worry about the kids snagging you about going there. As a matter of fact, Dolphin Mall is my daughter’s favorite mall in South Florida. 🙂 If it is thrills that your kids are looking for, Dolphin Mall has what they want. For the younger kiddos, a stop by Cool De Sac is a must. Cool de Sac is an indoor play ground center equipped with eight different interactive stations designed with age-appropriate activities. From a blocks station, arts and crafts, beauty salon, computer station with age-appropriate software, an enclosed play unit allowing for fun workouts, to a new Cool de Sac/Dolphin Mall-exclusive feature – a science spot, involving experiments, and a sports station for older siblings. Oh, and don’t worry, each station has a host, so we parents can enjoy a delicious meal while our children visit and play.
For older children, Dolphin is hosts to both a bowling center, Bowlero and a huge arcade center, Dave & Busters. Let’s begin with Bowlero. Bowlero is a wonderful hipster-inspired entertainment venue. At Bowlero you will bowl on blacklight lanes, cool right? If you aren’t that into bowling, you can just explore their delicious over-the-top culinary creations while the kiddos play a game or two.
Once you are done bowling, you can join a laser tag battle inside Bowlero. Then head on over to Dave & Buster’s 60,000-square-foot entertainment complex. Dave & Buster’s offers a wide range of virtual games at the Million Dollar Midway to world-class billiards and shuffleboard tables.
If it is more of grown up entertainment you are looking for. You will find plenty of that at Dolphin Mall from CineBistro, Cobb Cinemas, to a lengthy list of restaurants; such as Brio, Cabo Flats, Johnny Rockets, Kona Grill, P.F. Chang’s, and Texas de Brazil among others. As you can see Dolphin Mall is an entertainment destination in Miami.
