Hey moms, what are some of the fun ways you get through the first-day-school? For us moms, the first day-of-School is all about making the day special for the kids. To make it memorable, we start with the cute and fun breakfast. We move on to making sure their fun new outfits and school supplies are on point. We also make sure that the special school lunch note is meaningful and inspirational. And finally, we make sure we get those first-day-school pics, right? Yes, all those traditions are fun, memorable and honestly, I wouldn’t change it for the world. But having spent all summer long not being able to eat without interruptions or having a minute off to think and let me not even mention the bathroom situation, I think it is time for us moms to have our own first-day-school traditions. So, let’s start having fun, with our Fun First-Day-of-School Traditions For Moms!
Have a snack and Take a nap!
Let’s be honest here when was the last time you had the opportunity to have a snack without a little person wanting to have what you were having or the last time you decided to take a mid-day nap and no one interrupted you? If you cannot remember it, well this is your chance. Ladies, this is your ME time! So enjoy a mid-morning fun snack and then take a nap, your body and mind will thank you.
