Hello all, how was your Thanksgiving holiday? Our Thanksgiving Holiday break was amazing and relaxed, filled with food, family, fun activities and, of course, a little shopping! Did you take advantage of any of the Black Friday sales? I did! Every year, I usually take advantage of the sales not only to kick start our Holiday shopping season, but to continue to stay financially healthy through this season. This weekend, I decided to head over to my favorite pharmacy store to pick up some of our friends and family’s favorite treats to put inside some of the Holiday gift baskets we will be preparing for them.
Healthy Holiday Gift Ideas For Family and Friends
The holiday season is a time of indulgence, so this year, I’ve decided that all our family and friends are going to receive some of their favorite treats, but in healthified versions. 🙂 Thanks to CVS/Pharmacy, their ExtraCare bucks, their email coupons and the CVS/Pharmacy mobile app, I was able to pick up some of my favorite Gold Emblem Abound line snacks to add to our Holiday gift baskets without breaking the bank. As you can see from the picture above, I picked up some Almond & Cranberry Nut, Almond & Coconut Nut Bars, my favorite Maple Pecan Granola, Fuji Apple & Blueberry Clusters and for the kids: Wholesome Goodness Gummy bears. Yummy, right? The best part is that these snacks will be a HUGE hit with the tweens, teens, teacher, friends and family in your life. If you decided not to make Holiday gift baskets, you can always use this snacks in your stocking stuffers instead of other sweet options.
I have yet to finish buying everything I need for our Holiday gift baskets. So, I know I will be back to grab some more Gold Emblem Abound products and some of those must-have Star Wars and Frozen toys available at CVS/Pharmacy. Plus, I have to pick up a new cologne for my dearest and a few more decorations for our Christmas tree. It is shop, shop, shopping time.
