A few weeks ago, I received the opportunity to review the Hello Kitty Digital Camera with Changing Faceplates! I was thrilled to received this opportunity because both my daughter and I are fans of Hello Kitty, but who isn’t?! 🙂 Today I will share with you our findings on the digital camera.
The Hello Kitty Digital Camera has 2.1 Mega Pixels and comes with three interchangeable face plates, the interchangeable plates allow for a customized look. The camera is equipped with a 1.5-inch preview screen, where you can review your pictures. Included with the camera is a USB Cable and CD for uploading, edition and printing your pictures.
We like the concept of this camera, as a matter of fact the boys have a similar camera and they enjoy playing around with it. My daughter is only two and she loves to emulate the boys, this is a great tool for the three kids to bond together taking silly pictures of each other. One draw back is the this kind of camera is meant to be used as a toy and therefore it doesn’t have a separate space for adding any kind of external memory. One word of wisdom, try not to misplace the USB cable, as they are unique and not the standard kind. Overall, this is a toy is a good way to introduce younger kids to using digital cameras.
