We love cake but who doesn’t, right? 🙂 It seems like so long ago, but I used to bake a cake every weekend for us to enjoy a small piece after dinner throughout the week. Lately, it seems that between house work, homework and other duties that weekly tradition has fallen through the cracks, but not anymore! I was invited to try out the newest Immaculate Baking scratch dry baking mixes and of course I couldn’t say no to cake!
Immaculate Baking Scratch Dry Baking Mixes: Chocolate Cake Bites!
Immaculate Baking new line of dry baking mixes are non-GMO and they use wholesome, simple, delicious ingredients. One thing I appreciate is that Immaculate baking offers baking options ranging from all natural, organic and even gluten free! Another feature I like is that the new Immaculate Baking scratch dry baking mixes use the same ingredients you would use if you were to bake cookies, cakes, and brownies from scratch (see a full ingredient list below). Plus, the new dry baking mix items have 0g trans fat, and does not contain artificial preservatives or high fructose corn syrup. We received four samples from the new scratch baking mixes varieties (see image below), immediately I knew the kids will go while for the chocolate cake or the chocolate brownies. I decided to start with the chocolate cake and made little square cake bites and topped them with whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate. YUM!

- Brownie Scratch Baking Mix contains: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Semisweet Chocolate Chips (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), Organic Cocoa Powder, Corn Starch, Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavor.
- Gluten Free Double Chocolate Cookie Mix contains: Sugar, Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavor), Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Tapioca Starch, Leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), Salt, Guar Gum.
