With the start of a new year, many of us decide to make changes or adjustments. This is why, this year, I decided to indulge more in the things I love to do. So, I invite you to stop what you are doing and indulge a little without the guilt.

So, how am I indulging more this year? For starters, I am taking things easier. Yes, this is not easy, especially for this self-proclaimed overachiever and micromanager. 🙂 But, I once heard that once you reach a certain age, sweating the little things don’t really matter, so why take so many things to heart, right? Therefore the reason why I am making a point to care of my own peace of mind and to stop and smell the flowers just a little more.
When you are a busy mom of three young children, some days are harder to take a break and “smell the follower” because you are either helping the kids with homework or you are busy preparing meals. But not anymore! For the last few weeks, I have been taking mommy breaks to enjoy watching the shows I used to love. That’s right, I am taking care of my own piece of mind and enjoying my little breaks.
On our recent monthly trip to one of my favorite stores, I discovered a delicious companion to indulge with during my mommy breaks. I am talking about the Breyers delights ice cream, cause you know that I cannot say no to a sweet delightful indulgement. 🙂 Not are only Breyers delights delightfully delicious but they only have 260-330 calories and 20 grams of protein per pint. Isn’t that awesome?
Breyers delights are made with all American fresh dairy cream, are 1/2 the calories of regular Breyers ice cream flavor, pack 2x the protein and finally, have 20-40% less fat. All around goodness & delicious to indulge a little without the guilt and the best part is that you can find them at your local BJ’s Wholesale stores.
