I just tried this for the first time yesterday. Set time for 5 minutes, when done I did a quick release then immersed in cold water. I was super happy with the results and they are SO easy to peel too! YUM. Will do this more often.
Just curious, what is the red sauce in your photo? Ketchup? Do you put that on your eggs??!?!

Annie,
Glad you tried our method. The red sauce is actually salsa, we love our eggs with everything, but red salsa is soooo good. 🙂

Do you leave the pot on warm after the pressure cooking and waiting for the natural release? I also am assuming that this is on high pressure. Thank you for your help!
Ana says
Hi Karen,
I do, I don’t think it makes any difference when you are waiting for it to Natural Release. And yes, cooking is on High Pressure for 6 min. Let me know if you need more help. 🙂

Thank you for the recipe. Does it matter what size egg you use? Is the time the same for large and medium?
Ann Sera says
Large at 5 minutes is perfect. 6 would be too long. And you have to immediately get the vent to quick release and put the eggs in the ice bath ASAP.
Medium would definitely be less (and extra large, jumbo, more), but I haven’t tested it. I would start with 4 mins.
