Magic Kingdom: A Magical Place for the Entire Family!

Whether you have visited the Magic Kingdom once or 101 times, every time you set foot through the main entrance you feel like a child visiting for the first time. For me and my family, spending time at the Magic Kingdom is truly a magical experience. For this reason and many more, in my opinion, the Magic Kingdom is A Magical Place for the Entire Family to enjoy and today I want to invite you to explore some of my favorite things to do while you are visiting the park.

Magic Kingdom: A Magical Place for the Entire Family!

While attending the #ZootopiaEvent, we had the opportunity to visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood studios and the Magic Kingdom. After all the years of visiting the parks with my family, I never expected to have so much fun visiting the parks with a bunch of my fellow bloggers. However, I did had the time of my life! Not only did I had so much fun experiencing the park with them, it only reaffirmed me that the Magic Kingdom is a magic place for the entire family, whether you visit with our without your kids.

At the Magic Kingdom, there are so many things to see and do. From the shows, the rides, to the parades, I guarantee you, there is never a dull moment! If you have plans to visit the park during Spring Break or any time this summer, I suggest that you take your time to enjoy the park with a 2 or 3-day park ticket, which will come a long way at the Magic Kingdom.

If it is your first time exploring the park, what is the first thing you must do as you set foot in the Magic Kingdom? For me, it is taking the required pic in front of Cinderella’s castle. Okay, so you took one fabulous pic in front of Cinderella’s castle, now what? Visiting the Magic Kingdom is about having fun, right? Well, let the fun begin!

The Magic Kingdom is home to more than 20 thrilling rides. Some of my classic favorites are Dumbo The Flying Elephant, It’s a Small World, Jungle Cruise, Mad Tea Party, The Magic Carpet of Aladdin, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mickey’s PhilharMagic, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, Peter Pan’s Flight, A Pirate’s Adventure – Treasures of the Seven Seas, Pirates of the Caribbean, Swiss Family Treehouse, Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress, Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room and a few more.

As I said before, on my most recent visit, it was a whole new experience going through the park with friends. So, I had to enjoy some of the new rides at the Magic Kingdom like the Seven Dwarfs Mine train and a few of the classics, I hadn’t been on for years. Like the Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

There are so many rides that you and your kids will want to ride more than once, so I advise you to save your fast passes for the most popular rides; such as the Seven Dwarfs Mine train and Pirates of the Caribbean rides.

Although the last time I was at the Magic Kingdom, I didn’t get to watch the night time parades or the fireworks extravaganza, those are not to be missed. One last thing, if it is your first time visiting the Magic Kingdom, don’t forget to bring extra memory cards and chargers for your devices because there are plenty of opportunities to take pics with your favorite character.
