Now, let’s kick it up a notch, combine that aroma with the special minty treat from the seasonal Pillsbury Ready to Bake™ Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookies? Wouldn’t that be delightful? Don’t imagine too long, the Pillsbury Ready to Bake™ Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookies is the perfect mix of peppermint and chocolate that are sure to be a holiday hit! Now what about chocolate and peanut butter? Umm, just thinking about it makes my mouth water! Check out the quick Pillsbury™ refrigerated Peanut Butter Blossoms Recipe below. The Pillsbury Ready to Bake™ Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookies are available for a limited time only at your local Publix stores.

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated peanut butter cookies
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 36 Hershey’s® Kisses® Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with 1 milk chocolate candy, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely before storing.
