New Fiber One Streusel Bars and Fiber One Cookies Available at Publix!
School is back in session and this means that life just got a little bit crazier! Every night we make the effort to wind down from the daily grind and enjoy a nice meal together, usually our meal ends with a sweet treat that the entire family can enjoy together, but who can’t resist a sweet dessert to finish off the day!? 🙂 Of course, when we enjoy our treats we don’t want to feel guilty about it, recently I was introduced to the new Fiber One Streusel and Fiber One Cookies. If you are like me and had no idea that Fiber One made cookies, well, you are in for a big surprise and the best part is that they just hit shelves at your local Publix supermarkets.
I was quite familiar with the Fiber One Streusel, these bars are made with real fruit (dried apples and strawberry puree concentrate) and contain 12 grams of whole grains. The Fiber One are Streusel soft-baked bars are a sensible treat that taste more like an indulgence and are great when you pair them with plain or vanilla yogurt and/or with grains!
Now, back to the Fiber One soft-baked Cookies… The Fiber One soft-baked cookies are the newest addition to the Fiber One snacks line. These cookies are individually wrapped perfect for on-the-go enjoyment, portion control and they contains 5 grams of fiber per serving (20% of the daily value). Fiber One Cookies are a delightfully soft and chewy cookie that are easily enjoyed with a cup of milk or topped with low fat yogurt for an easy & quick dessert.
