Paddington Movie Review in Theaters January 16, 2015!
If you are looking for an amazing movie for the entire family, then, you must take them to see Paddington! This bear-ri-fic movie will be sure to enchant the entire family! Trust me when I say, it is for the ENTIRE family, no one will be bored with it. Paddington is based on Michael Bond’s series of children books by the same name. Paddington is a Peruvian orange-marmalade loving, duffel-coat-and-floppy-red-hat-wearing bear, who travels to London after his home is destroyed and “temporarily” adopted by a London Family. Paddington starts Hugh Bonneville (as Mr. Brown), Sally Hawkins (Mrs. Brown), Julie Walters (Mrs. Bird), Jim Broadbent (Mr. Gruber), Peter Capaldi (Mr. Curri), Nicole Kidman (Millicent), Madeleine Harris (Judy), Samuel Joslin (Jonathan) and Ben Whishaw as the voice of Paddington.
Paddington is funny, heart-warming and with a great family message. Nicole Kidman, as the movie’s antagonist, does an amazing interpretation of a heartless taxidermist looking for the next “unique” specimen for a museum display. The interaction of Paddington with his humans counterparts are seamless and well-performed. Kids and parents alike will fall in love with the soft-talking Paddington. “Please Look After This Bear” and take the family to see Paddington and then come back and let us know what were your favorite scenes.

we enjoyed paddington as a family! it truly was adorable and endearing. the only issue i had was the unnecessary sexual innuendo that took place – even so slightly – from the adult characters. our family was discussing the other day how every book and movie these days has a villain or a huge obstacle to overcome. the version of paddington i’ve read doesn’t have that – it’s just a very pleasant story of a bear who begins a new life in a strange place. i wish more movies were just nice stories without all the violence/villains/obstacles.
