Anyhow, going back to the easy & delicious Parmesan Crusted Chicken, while I was shopping for my regular groceries at Publix, I also picked up what I needed to make the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. As you can see from the picture above, this recipe is super simple, it requires chicken, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoned Bread Crumbs and less than 30 minutes of your time. Simple, right? I think so!

Super easy recipe, right? Well, I decided to place my chicken on a bed of Spinach and accompanied with a few pieces sliced pieces of tomatoes. Then, I finished them off the plate by sprinkling everything with fresh Parmesan cheese. It was so good and the best part is that everyone agrees that we must add this recipe to our regular favorites recipes we make throughout the month! Would you be making this recipe for your family? If we do, I would love it you would share it with us via our Facebook page, Twitter or Instagram.
