Red Lobster Lobsterfest disclosure

Who doesn’t enjoy going out to eat to a nice restaurant with scrumptious & delectable dishes? Let me let you into a not so secret… If I could, we would eat out everyday, just ask hubby, I love taking the family to a sit down restaurant were we can enjoy those dishes that we don’t eat on a daily basis. Yes, we are the type of parents that go everywhere with kiddos, including date nights which are just family outing, & restaurants are no exemption to that rule and why am I telling you this? Well, I just learned that Red Lobster’s Lobsterfest is back and better than ever with nine new and classic lobster selections & let me says that I cannot wait to go & try them all. Do you have a favorite? We don’t, but the good news is that Red Lobster added three entrees to Lobsterfest, check them out below…

Dueling Lobster Tails

Dueling Lobster Tails: A roasted Maine lobster tail topped with tender shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce paired with a golden-baked Maine lobster tail with crab-and-seafood stuffing. Served over mashed potatoes, roasted tomatoes and green beans.

Lobster in Paradise

Lobster in Paradise: A split Maine lobster tail fried in our signature coconut batter, spicy grilled shrimp and a lobster-and-shrimp bake topped with toasted crushed macadamia nuts.

Ultimate Surf and Turf

Ultimate Surf and Turf: A Maine lobster tail baked with crab-and-seafood stuffing paired with a peppercorn-seasoned grilled sirloin topped with Maine lobster meat in a citrus-hollandaise sauce. Served over mashed potatoes, roasted tomatoes and green beans.

Don’t they all look amazing? I want to eat them right out of the screen! 🙂 Don’t forget that all Lobsterfest entrees are served with a garden salad and unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits®, those biscuits are addicting, trust me we eaten more than we should. 😉 So, let me give you FOUR tips on how we enjoy dinners out with the family…

Tip 1: Avoid the crowds; Avoid melt downs by eating out during brunch time or early dinner. This way the kiddos are not overly tired or hurry. Ask to be seated away from the bar & if possible on a table with a booth this way you will have your own piece of the restaurant. 🙂

Tip 2: Order everything at once, if possible check out the restaurant’s menu ahead of time so that when you seated you are able to order everyone’s meal at once. Also, request that your attendant bring the kiddos food ahead.

Tip 3: Bring your own entertainment, load up a small container with crayons, paper, scissors & stickers. This way you can make sure the kiddos are tight up until the food come & after they are done eating, this way you get to enjoy your meal without worrying that they will get bored or overwhelm.

Tip 4: Save Money, I know eating out with the family is expensive. Take advantages of restaurant coupons, promotions & special. Many restaurants offer coupons, Kids eat free promotions & early brunch or dinner special. By combining a few of these offers, if they are applicable, you can save money and enjoy the time with the family.
