Now that Fall is here, we love to enjoy our favorite iced coffees with some of our favorite fall flavorings. Yes, you read that correctly, iced coffees in the fall. Hey, after all, we live in Florida! 🙂 Every two days we brew enough concentrated coffee to keep in our refrigerator to enjoy it in different ways, one of our favorites is salted caramel iced coffee. This delicious iced coffee recipe is so simple to make and the best part is that it continues to cool us down all the way into the new year. Let me show you how easy it is to prepare this super easy salted caramel iced coffee recipe.
Salted Caramel Iced Coffee Recipe
All you need for this iced coffee recipe is first to brew a batch of Community Coffee (preferably on the concentrated side), let it cool down, and refrigerate. Once you are ready to prepare your iced coffee, you will need your cold brewed coffee, ice, caramel sauce, sea salt or Himalayan salt, and evaporated milk. Yes, it’s that simple! So, let’s put this delicious iced coffee together…
First, place one cup of ice in your favorite glass or coffee cup. Now, pour one cup of cold brewed coffee over your ice.
Once the last two steps are done, add enough evaporated milk to top off your glass or coffee cup.
Once that is done, add two to three tablespoons of your favorite caramel sauce or caramel extract. Note: Since I don’t add any additional sugar to our iced coffee, I use caramel sauce instead of caramel extract but if you like you can use caramel extract instead.
To finish preparing this salted caramel iced coffee recipe, you will need to add a pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt to your coffee. Then simply stir it all together and enjoy with your favorite book.
