For this deliciously simple sheet pan roasted vegetable recipe you will need 1-pound asparagus, ½ medium red onion, 1 red bell pepper, 2 cups mixed cauliflower and broccoli, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon curry powder, ½ teaspoon ginger and ½ teaspoon pepper.
Now to get this deliciousness prepared, all you need is to preheat oven to 350F. Then combine all ingredients on a sheet pan. Continue by drizzling olive oil and then sprinkle seasonings evenly over the vegetables. Now, bake the veggies for 20-25 minutes until the desired level of cooking has occurred.
