While everyone enjoys a few months of the fun summer season, Summer is Over and Now What? It is time to get ready for back-to-school with new tech!

There, I’ve said it. In my neck of the woods, summer break is officially over, but now what? Well, just because the kiddos are heading back to the classrooms it doesn’t mean that our Summer fun has to end, right? While we agree that we won’t be able to explore as much as we want to, it doesn’t mean that our fun has to come to a screeching halt. No-Sir-Ree-Bob!
So, yes. I am sad that the Summer season is almost over because honestly, our summer was pretty amazing. We got to spend two wonderful weeks in one of our favorite cities in our state. We also got to visit our wonderful family in Nicaragua and spend some time in some of our favorite places there. Don’t get me wrong, I am embracing the end of this season and looking forward to the next one.
But before the next season begins, let’s get ready for back-to-school with new tech!
As a busy mom of three, I know the importance of keeping up with both technology and connectivity. Having the kids in school all day long, it is of the foremost importance to have a reliable service provider, thankfully that area is cover by America’s best network. As the new school year kicks off, I know how important it is to blend technology and learning, therefore; before the kids set foot back in their respective classrooms, I had to head to my nearest Verizon store and see the newest tech Verizon has to offer.
If your techy family is anything like mine, the back-to-school season doesn’t only come with a new wardrobe, new school supplies, and new shoes. Oh, no! The back-to-school season also comes with new tech! So, what can your techy students find at Verizon right now?
- New Smart phones. If it is smartphones is what your students are looking for, they should definitely check out my personal favorite the Samsung Galaxy S8, which by the way, it is only $31.50 a month for 24 months. Or maybe they are looking for the shiny new Samsung Galaxy Note8, which I saw at my Verizon store and it is Ah-mazing.
- Tablets. If it is tablets your techy students are looking for, they should definitely check out the Apple iPad or the iPad mini.
- Mobile Hotspots. Hotspots are not only essential when you are traveling, but they sure come handy when there are 5 people and their devices are in need of accessing the internet.
- Connected devices. For your youngers students, you should definitely check out the GizmoPal® 2 and for the entire family or your college students the Arlo Go Mobile Security Camera and/or Google Home. I am so getting the Google Home soon.
- Accessories. Last, but not least. Don’t forget the accessories for you brand new smartphones and/or your tablets. Personally, I have my eyes set on the LG Tone Pro Bluetooth headset and a wireless pad. No more dealing with cords! 🙂 Oh, and of course with a new smartphone, don’t forget to pick up a new quick charging car charger.
