Happy new year everyone! As the first week of the new year comes to a close, my family and I had the amazing opportunity to travel a few hours north to help celebrate the Three Wise Kings during the Three Kings Celebration at SeaWorld Orlando. The Three Wise Kings is an established tradition throughout Latin American countries and this year for the first time, SeaWorld has joined in the celebrations, learn more about the Three Wise Kings story in our video below.

During the Three Kings Celebration even, you can enjoy traditional Puerto Rican Paranda live music, amazing foods, such as Arros con gandules, pasteles and tostones. As well as tasty drinks, such as frozen coquitos and sangria. Plus, enjoy the Three Kings processional and photo opp with them as well. Also available during the celebration a kid’s craft station to make “cajitas” or little boxes. Finally, enjoy SeaWorld’s holiday decor and Sea Trees holiday show and so much more (more information below).

Three Kings Processional

Follow the Three Wise Men to a live nativity scene depicting the arrival of the Three Kings. A storyteller will share the tale of their journey and the traditions of the Three Kings holiday to park guests. The processional, featuring live animals, will take place several times throughout the day and offer a truly special photo opportunity for park guests.

Festive Food and Drinks

Food connoisseurs can enjoy Latin-inspired dishes and drinks prepared exclusively for SeaWorld’s Three Kings Celebration. Menu items include miniature papas rellenas (fried stuffed potatoes), empanadas (cheese, chicken or beef), bacalaitos (codfish fritters) and authentic Puerto Rican quesitos. Libations include frozen coquitos and frozen sangria.

Special Holiday Feast

Guests can enjoy a traditional Puerto Rican holiday dish at SeaWorld’s premier full-service restaurant, Sharks Underwater Grill. The event-exclusive menu features roasted pork with onion mojo arroz con gandules, pasteles and fried tostones garnished with mayoquetchup. For dessert, the restaurant will feature a homemade vanilla and cheese flan drizzled with caramel.

Sea of Trees

Take a walk through our wintery, watery wonderland and immerse yourself in a sea of holiday trees. Our glistening forest with over 100 trees sparkles to music and lights up the water… and, your eyes. As the lights literally dance to holiday classics, your heart will soar with wonder and delight at this truly awe-inspiring Christmas treat.
