#BigHero6Sweeps Disclosure #adTips-to-Live-a-Better-Life-Inspired-By-Big-Hero-6-Miami-Mommy-Savings

In October & November of last year, I had the opportunity to watch the animated movie Big Hero 6 and I instantly me enamore (fell in love) with its beloved characters, specially Baymax. If that wasn’t enough, I had the opportunity to interview, Genesis Rodriquez who voiced the character of Honey Lemon. If you haven’t had the opportunity to see the movie or maybe if saw it and cannot wait to own it, I have exciting news to share with you…

Big Hero 6 is now available on Disney Movies Anywhere, and on Blu-ray on February 24, 2015! “Big Hero 6” is an action-packed comedy adventure that introduces Baymax, a lovable, personal companion robot, who forms a special bond with robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada. When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to Baymax and his diverse group of friends— adrenaline junkie Go Go Tomago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred — who transform into a band of unlikely heroes.

Uno de los puntos mas importantes de esta pelicula es el mensaje (One of the things I like most about the movie is the message that it resonates with both young & old). Messages such as happiness, health, friendship, family, and to be a team player are conveyed throughout the movie. Some of these concepts are some of the things I emphasize on my kids on a daily basis. Today, I want to share 3 Tips to Live a Better Life Inspired By “Big Hero 6”.

Spending-time-with-family-Miami-Mommy-SavingsTips to Live a Better Life Inspired By “Big Hero 6”

  1. Think Positively: My mother always told me, that is all about your attitude. When your plans don’t turn out the way you wanted them, simply look for the silver lining. Your life will not be amargada (bitter) and things will promptly start to seem brighter.
  2. Smile everyday: This is something my husband tell the kids everyday: “Tickle your kids everyday” and is his way of telling them to smile everyday. When you smile, your attitude changes immediately and the best part is that it is contagious, everyone around you will feel better immediately.
  3. Spend time with your love ones: Sometimes we get busy and it seems that time escapes us, but taking a break and spending time with your love ones is essential for your health & your happiness. After all spending time together is free and doesn’t require much to be happy with each other.

What I usually do with my children is taking them out to the nearest park so that they could have fun running around and play with the other kids, then my children and I play frisbee & kickball to round out that trip to the park. For a healthy lifestyle of eating, I usually serve them foods that are high on vitamins and minerals, and give them snacks that don’t have much fats and sugars added to them. My kids love the food I give them, and I’m proud that they want quote-on-quote “Dad’s Cooking!”.
