Tuttorosso Tomatoes Review!

Disclosure Policy Here | Privacy Policy Here

December 24, 2012 by Ana

Tuttorosso

I was recently offered by Tuttorosso to do a review of their All Natural, Preservative Free, Gluten Free, and packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals canned tomatoes! Tuttorosso is made by Red Gold, the largest privately held tomato processing company in the United States. I was happy to be given this opportunity not only because I like to try out new products but because we love tomatoes.

“To produce the freshest, best tasting tomato products in the world.”

We receive three 28 oz. of can Tuttorosso tomatoes, I jumped to the opportunity to make my kids favorite dish. I started by gathering all the necessary ingredients to make a No-bake Lasagna, we call it no bake because we do not utilize the oven to cook the lasagna.

Ingredients:
1  1/2 Pounds of Ground Turkey
1 Onion or Onion powder to taste
1/2 table spoon of minced garlic or garlic powder
1/4 cup of mustard
1 teaspoon all purpose Italian spices
Lasagne noodles
1 8oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese bag
1 28 oz. can of Tuttorosso tomatoes

Directions:
Add the onion, garlic Italian spices, mustard and ground turkey to a non-stick skillet, stir everything together until the turkey is cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes. Add Tuttorosso tomatoes and simmer sauce for about 10 to 15 minutes, extra spices can be added at this point for extra taste. In a separate pot add water and bring up to boil and add Lasagne noodles, according to box instructions. In a 8×8 square baking pan lay lasagne noodles and add sauce and shredded cheese, repeat until all sauce, lasagne noodles and cheese is used.

We were very happy with the results, the lasagna was tasty and full of flavors. What I like is that Tuttorosso tomatoes are all Natural, Preservative Free, Gluten Free, and packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. We looked forward trying some of the recipes that Tuttorosso has on their website.
